Carna's background includes over 10 years of experience working in Information Technology. Carna received her Bachelors' of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Stevenson University (Formerly Villa Julie College) in Stevenson, MD. After undergrad, Carna worked in the help desk arena supporting clients in all aspects of software development for several years. Carna then decided to venture into Web Design because this was truly her real passion.
After receiving a Master's of Science Degree at Capella
University (Minneapolis, MN) in Systems Design & Programming, Carna landed her first position as a Web Content Developer. This job lead to other exciting opportunities in the web design field. Currently today, Carna works as a Web Designer for Qinetiq-NA; based out of Reston, VA supporting the IRS chief Counsel in Washington, DC. Carna is responsible for designing and maintaining the up keep of the Chief Counsel intranet sites.
Also, in Carna's spare time she develops websites for individuals and small businesses.
